Le Pommier Wine Estate – Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on wine orders unless the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.

If you believe your order was delivered incorrectly or the wine is faulty (e.g., corked or oxidised), please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing marketing@lepommier.co.za with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your wine was damaged in transit or an incorrect item was sent, we will either:

  • Replace the item at no extra charge, or
  • Offer a full refund, depending on availability and your preference.

You must report such issues within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds based on personal taste preferences. Once opened, wine cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
